Role Summary

Own and drive the Industrial product portfolio covering:

• B2B Commerce
• Industrial CRM
• Field Service Management
• Fleet & Dispatch Solutions
• Pricing Intelligence
• HVAC/Mechanical Workflow Platforms

Responsible for product strategy, roadmap, customer discovery, AI-driven innovation, and business growth. Work closely with engineering, customers, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions for industrial and operational users.

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership
• Experience in B2B SaaS products serving operational users
• Domain expertise in Industrial Distribution, Field Service, Logistics, Pricing, or B2B Commerce
• Proven ability to learn and manage new domains quickly
• Hands-on use of GenAI tools in product management
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes

• ERP ecosystem knowledge
• Mobile workforce/field operations products
• Pricing and margin management
• Experience working with distributors, contractors, or field service businesses
• MBA or equivalent business background
