Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to maximize the growth, profitability, and market share of Natco Lifesciences Philippines' pharmaceutical portfolio. The role encompasses product lifecycle management, market analysis, launch planning, promotional strategy, sales force support, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful commercialization of assigned products. The Product Manager serves as the business owner of the assigned portfolio and is expected to drive product performance through sound commercial strategies while ensuring compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, industry ethical standards, and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual strategic marketing plans for assigned product portfolio
• Prepare annual product business plans, forecasts, budgets, and promotional calendars
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, pricing, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor product performance, market share, profitability, and return on investment
• Lead planning and execution of new product launches and coordinate launch readiness across Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, Finance, and external partners
• Develop marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and create promotional materials ensuring compliance with FDA Philippines, PMA, and company standards
• Train Medical Representatives, District Managers, and Sales Managers on product knowledge, competitive positioning, objection handling, and selling strategies
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, tenders, and market developments
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders and coordinate advisory boards, speaker programs, and educational initiatives
• Manage assigned product marketing budgets and monitor marketing expenditures against approved budgets

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical Product Management or Brand Management experience
• Experience in oncology, specialty pharmaceuticals, hospital products, or branded generics is highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in product launches and commercial strategy execution
• Experience working with Medical Representatives and sales teams
• Knowledge of Philippine pharmaceutical market, hospital and trade channels, government procurement and tenders, and Philippine FDA regulatory environment
• Strong strategic thinking, marketing planning, financial analysis, market research, and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM systems, and IQVIA or equivalent pharmaceutical market data platforms
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, commercially driven, with strong analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
