Role & responsibilities

should be a development product Define and execute the product roadmap for Life Insurance products and digital solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, underwriting, claims, sales, and IT, to deliver high-impact product enhancements.
• Gather and analyse business and functional requirements to create detailed BRDs and FRDs.
• Work closely with technology teams to enhance and integrate Life Asia core systems for improved efficiency.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to drive innovation in life insurance offerings.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and post-launch improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and other industry

Preferred candidate profile

8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in the Life Insurance domain.

• Strong experience in creating and managing BRDs and FRDs for insurance product development.

• Hands-on experience with Life Asia or other core life insurance platforms.

• Expertise in digital transformation, policy administration systems, and customer journey optimization.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
