1.1 Overview / Objectives:

• This position is responsible for Product Management of Surge Protection Devices and Power Supplies
• Developing the business based on Business Area Strategy for products
• The position is also responsible for development of product lifecycle and roadmap
• This position is responsible for strategic implementation of business plan and providing inputs to all stakeholders (PxC DE, PxC IN)

  Strategic

• Responsible for creating internal and external product vision and leads product development from scratch.

• Defining customer needs, works with team members on creating the required product, and carries responsibility for overall product success.

• Business Acumen: Business Case preparation, Voice of Customer, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition and Customer Experience Mapping, Product Roadmap, KPI Metrics, Marketing 4P, SWOT and PESTLE analysis.

Operational

• Product Development Methodologies: Lean product development
• Organizational Skills: Setting goals, delegation, time-management, and conflict resolving.
