Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated ''Product Manager'' to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Market introduction to portfolio development and performance management, in line with TP-Link’s business strategy.

Translate market dynamics, customer expectations and business priorities into clear product plans and actionable initiatives across assigned product categories.

Contribute to the development of the product portfolio by identifying new opportunities, evaluating market potential and supporting long-term category growth.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective product planning, positioning and execution.

Gather and evaluate customer, partner, competitor, and market insights to identify opportunities for portfolio improvement and new product development.

Establish product priorities by balancing commercial objectives, customer requirements, market opportunities, technical considerations, and local regulatory needs.

Monitor product and portfolio performance through sales results, market data, KPIs and customer feedback, taking proactive actions to improve business performance.

Serve as a key point of contact for product-related matters, providing product expertise and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 Years Product Management experience.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, portfolio management and Go-to-Market strategies.

Strong market analysis skills, with the ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
