Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of our product lifecycle, from problem discovery to end-to-end execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean team, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can seamlessly bridge strategy between Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

1. Own a product, module, or business workstream from problem discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
2. Translate business and user problems into clear product scope, user flows, requirements, and product specifications.
3. Define and prioritize product backlog based on business value, user impact, urgency, and feasibility.
4. Work closely with UI/UX, Engineering, Operations, and Business to deliver effective product solutions.
5. Facilitate product discussions, decision-making, and iterative delivery using Agile practices.
6. Coordinate product implementation, rollout, and adoption with relevant stakeholders.
7. Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational needs to drive continuous improvement.
8. Contribute to building and improving STC’s product management practices and standards.

What We’re Looking For

1. 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
2. Experience handling project Trucking Management Systems/ Fleet Management System
3. Experience in IoT, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
4. Strong problem-solving, product thinking, and structured communication skills.
5. Experienced in defining product requirements, workflows, business rules, and product documentation.
6. Good understanding of Agile / iterative product development.
7. Able to manage priorities, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.
8. Comfortable working with SaaS, operational systems, enterprise applications, or complex business processes.
9. Basic understanding of APIs, data models, and system integrations is a plus.
