Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Define product goals, strategy, and development approach for IT products, including laptops, PCs, servers, mini PCs, and other computing products.
• Conduct market research, gather end-user and customer feedback, and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes across IT product segments.
• Identify market opportunities and develop product roadmaps based on customer needs, technology trends, and business objectives.
• Prioritize product features and specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, sales, marketing, procurement, and operations, to deliver product requirements.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve product usability, performance, quality, pricing, and competitiveness.
• Define product marketing communication objectives, including key differentiators, value propositions, product benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Develop product positioning, benefit statements, and sales arguments for targeted market segments, including B2B, B2G, B2C, education, and enterprise markets.
• Plan and execute new product launches, including product preparation, pricing, positioning, sales enablement, and marketing coordination.
• Prepare and communicate quarterly Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new and existing IT products.
• Manage pre-sales activities, including participation in bids, tenders, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BOM) and respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ documents and other customer requirements.
• Support sales teams with product knowledge, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical-commercial insights.
• Monitor product performance, sales achievement, market acceptance, and customer feedback, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors, principals, and technology partners to evaluate new technologies, product specifications, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Stay updated on developments in processors, AI PCs, GPUs, servers, storage, networking, operating systems, and other emerging IT technologies to ensure product competitiveness.
• Conduct regular product training and provide technical-commercial support to internal teams, sales channels, and business partners.
• Perform regular product portfolio reviews and recommend product refresh, enhancement, replacement, or discontinuation based on market and business performance.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably handling IT products such as laptops, PCs, servers, mini PCs, or other computing products.
• Strong understanding of the IT hardware industry, product lifecycle, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Experience managing multiple IT product categories is highly preferred.
• Understanding of Zyrex products and product portfolio is a plus.
• Preferably has an Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related background.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred, especially for communication with vendors, principals, and business partners in China.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with R&D, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Must be willing and able to travel frequently to visit customers, vendors, principals, and business partners.
