Product Manager

About us

GOARC is an AI-native B2B SaaS company helping industrial organizations protect their people, improve frontline execution, and reduce operational risk.

Our platform brings intelligence, automation, and real-time visibility to some of the world's most complex industrial environments, helping organizations move beyond reactive operations toward a smarter, AI-driven way of working.

We're building the future of industrial operations with a leadership team that has successfully built category-defining companies before. As our product organization continues to grow, we're looking for people who want to shape not only what we build, but how we build it.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team, reporting to our Director of Product Management.

This is a role for someone genuinely curious and independent, who wants real influence on product direction. You'll own product initiatives end-to-end, from early discovery through release, and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders.

You'll also be the face of our product for large enterprise customers: leading webinars, presenting in front of a crowd, and creating the materials that help both customers and internal teams understand what we build. Strong, native-level English and real confidence presenting to US audiences are essential here.

What You'll Do

• Translate strategy, roadmap priorities, and customer/business problems into clear product requirements for new and existing modules.
• Define features end-to-end, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specs that R&D and QA can build and test with confidence.
• Partner daily with R&D and QA, from requirement clarification through release.
• Work directly with enterprise customers and field teams to validate solutions and gather feedback.
• Lead customer-facing product marketing content, including webinars, training, and release communications, mainly in English.
• Track your initiatives, communicate status and risk, and use usage data and feedback to shape what's next.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS or cloud product company.
• Proven ownership of a feature or module end-to-end, from problem definition through development, testing, and release.
• Strong written and spoken English, comfortable presenting and leading webinars in front of large, US-based audiences.
• Skilled at translating customer and business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable working closely with R&D and QA on a daily basis, even without a technical background.
• Organized, independent, and curious, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders on your own.
• Willingness to work in a remote-first environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy

Why You'll Love Working at GOARC

• Help shape a unique B2B cloud platform recognized by industry analysts as a leader in its category.
• Join a company backed by one of the world's largest and most established investment firms.
• Combine work on a mature, decade-proven platform with building new capabilities from the ground up.
• Gain real influence on product direction, with exposure to international customers, markets, and teams.
• Join a small, collaborative product team at the core of the business.
