PRODUCT MANAGER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, supervise, and provide direction to the Product & Marketing Specialists.
• Manage and develop strategies for assigned medical device products.
• Monitor product performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Develop product positioning, marketing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Provide product training and guidance to Product & Marketing Specialists and Sales Representatives.
• Support the Sales Team during product presentations, demonstrations, hospital visits, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with suppliers/principals regarding product updates, training, and other requirements.
• Develop product presentations, marketing materials, training materials, and sales tools.
• Organize and participate in product launches, seminars, conferences, exhibits, and training activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and activities of the Product & Marketing Team.
• Prepare product, sales, market, and team performance reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to increase product awareness, market penetration, and sales.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

• With experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

• Previous experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, or Business Development is preferred.

• Experience in team supervision or people management is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• Willing to conduct hospital/client visits and travel when required.

• Strong interest in healthcare and medical technology.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM
