Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs, pain points, and market trends.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value, managing the product backlog effectively.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design (UX/UI), marketing, sales, and customer support teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Oversee the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, analyzing data and user feedback to inform product iterations and improvements.
• Communicate product updates, rationale, and performance to internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the product, advocating for the customer and market needs within the organization.
• Identify and assess new product opportunities, building business cases and presenting recommendations to leadership.
