Position: Product Manager

Position Details

• Define and clarify business requirements.
• Clarify system, functional, integration, and operational requirements.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including vendors, external partners, and development teams.
• Manage product backlogs, drive operational improvements, and support ongoing production operations.
• Handle production issues and drive timely resolutions.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5+ years of total IT experience
• Strong understanding of IT core technical concepts
• Proven experience in clarifying business and system requirements.
• Proficient in creating functional and interface specification documents.
• Experienced in developing comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with production troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage parallel development projects effectively.
• High proficiency in Japanese communication (JLPT N2 level or above)

Desired Qualifications

• Hands-on development, coding, or SQL experience.
• Experience with Billing, Payment systems, E-Commerce portals, or API-based integrations.
