Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy and development, from identifying user needs and defining product opportunities through to delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, and business teams to turn customer and business needs into products that deliver measurable value.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the product roadmap, priorities, and development lifecycle.
• Understand customer needs, business objectives, and market trends to identify product opportunities.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, user behaviour, and market insights.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Prioritise features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, effort, and strategic priorities.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive and user-focused product experiences.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams throughout the development process.
• Coordinate product development from concept → development → testing → launch → improvement.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance using data, analytics, and user feedback.
• Identify issues and opportunities for continuous product improvement.
• Plan and support product launches and feature releases.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and priorities to stakeholders.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Ensure products remain aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital products or software applications.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience creating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering and UI/UX teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Comfortable using data and analytics to support product decisions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Work Location

Serm-mit Building (Near MRT Sukhumvit/BTS Asok)
