Product Manager

Jobdesc:

1. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the company's mobile applications, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
2. Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
3. Gather and translate customer needs, market insights, and stakeholder requirements into actionable product initiatives.
4. Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX Design, Data Analytics, QA, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
5. Prioritize product backlog and ensure timely execution using Agile methodologies.
6. Monitor product performance, analyze user behavior, and leverage data to drive product decisions.
7. Define and track key product metrics, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and business performance.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and innovative opportunities.
9. Coordinate product launches and communicate updates with internal stakeholders.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in mobile app or digital product development.
3. Proven experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
4. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices.
5. Experience working closely with software engineering and UX/UI teams.
6. Ability to analyze data and transform insights into product improvements.
7. Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is a plus.
8. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
