Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product journey from problem discovery to launch.
• Understand customer workflows through direct user/customer interactions.
• Identify problems and translate them into product opportunities.
• Define product requirements, workflows, user journeys and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise solutions based on customer value, business impact and feasibility.
• Work closely with Design and Engineering teams.
• Define and track product metrics, adoption and product quality.
• Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and data.

Skills Required:

• 5-7+ years of experience, including 4+ years in Product Management.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, ERP or workflow-heavy products.
• Strong customer discovery and product problem-solving skills.
• Experience building products in a 0-to-1 environment.
• Strong ownership, product judgment and prioritisation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
