Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Sri Lanka. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products and solutions, from market research and ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. Responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and aligning product features with customer and market needs across domains such as Cyber Security, Data Center, and Network Infrastructure. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, technical, and support teams to design value-added offerings, enable channel partners, and drive product adoption and revenue growth. The Product Manager will also track product performance, analyze competitive trends, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that products meet quality, compliance, and customer experience standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong product management skills, including roadmap development, requirements gathering, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with IT solutions such as Data Center, Network and Infrastructure
• Ability to conduct market and competitive analysis, identify customer needs, and translate insights into product strategies and business cases.
• Collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, technical, and support teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with metrics, pricing, and performance tracking.
• Experience in channel or distribution environments, vendor management, or value-added reseller ecosystems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’sw degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certifications in product management or IT domains are beneficial.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic technology landscape and to manage multiple products or projects simultaneously.
