Key Responsibilities

• Product Portfolio Management: Manage and optimize the entire product portfolio, ensuring each product aligns with the companys strategic goals and vision.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Product Promotion: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote our products and services, making them stand out in the market.
• Value Proposition: Create irresistible value propositions that attract potential customers and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
• Integration of Financial Options: Explore and implement innovative financial strategies such as integrating loan options with product purchases and bundling loan and insurance offers.
• Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors and retailers to implement buy now, pay later schemes and other attractive offers that drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, design, and engineering to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvement.
• KPIs and Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to make continuous improvements to the product offering.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Innovative mindset and a passion for creating unique product promotions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with financial product integration is a plus.
