Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage relations with upstream IT vendors; oversee vendor acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle management to build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Oversee and help manage the company's overall IT product and solution portfolios throughout their full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-sales teams to conduct market analysis, identify industry trends, and formulate product marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams to streamline product workflows, systems, tools, and operational strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is an advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of B2B experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years in IT technical/solution-related roles. Experience in product management within an IT distributor, agency, or reseller is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with products, services, or solutions from one or more of the following domains and mainstream vendors:

  • IT Infrastructure & Cloud: Operating systems, networking, databases, cloud computing, HCI, virtualization, load balancing, big data, AI, smart office, etc. (Vendors: Huawei, H3C, Ruijie, Lenovo, Sugon, OceanBase, Dameng, Kylinsoft, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, etc.)
  • Information Security: Network security, cloud security, application security, zero trust, ISO27001, GDPR, etc. (Vendors: Sangfor, QiAnXin, Venustech, Topsec, NSFOCUS, etc.)
  • CCTV & Smart Surveillance: Commercial surveillance and security solutions. (Vendors: Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Huawei, etc.)

• Strong product consulting capabilities, logical thinking, rapid learning ability, and problem-solving skills to diagnose client needs and provide solution frameworks.

• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills with project management capabilities; comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
