Product Manager – Dental Supplies

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, developing product strategies, supporting commercial growth, and working closely with suppliers, sales teams, marketing, and customers to ensure the right products are available at the right price and positioned effectively in the Greek dental market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of dental supplies and consumable products.
• Develop product strategies and business plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and developments within the dental industry.
• Identify new product and business opportunities and evaluate their commercial potential.
• Manage relationships with international manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Coordinate product launches, introductions and updates.
• Define and monitor pricing, margins, promotions, and commercial performance of the assigned portfolio.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, demand forecasts, and purchasing requirements.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop product positioning, sales tools, promotional campaigns, and training materials.
• Provide product knowledge and training to sales representatives, dental professionals and customers.
• Support the sales team with product information, competitive analysis, quotations, and customer-specific requirements.
• Analyse sales performance, profitability, market share, and other relevant KPIs and take corrective actions when required.
• Collect and analyse customer and sales feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and portfolio development.
• Ensure product information, specifications, pricing, and marketing materials are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product and commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or a related field.

• Previous experience in product management, category management, stock management, marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the dental, medical, healthcare, or FMCG industry.

• Good understanding of commercial principles, pricing, margins, and product portfolio management.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market data into actionable business decisions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with international suppliers and cross-functional teams.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

• Very good English, both written and spoken.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or product information management systems.
