Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will own the planning, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of Domino's digital and technology products. This includes customer-facing platforms such as online ordering app, website, loyalty, CRM, WhatsApp commerce, and internal products such as store systems, support tools, operational dashboards, and business applications across multiple geographies. The role will act as the owner of product outcomes, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, UX/UI, QA, data, operations, marketing, and leadership across different geographies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, Business Product Lead, or similar role
• Experience managing digital products, apps, websites, e-commerce, CRM, POS, ERP, support tools, or internal platforms
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch improvement
• Ability to work with business, technology, vendors, QA, UX/UI, and leadership
• Strong prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable using data and user feedback to make product decisions
• Experience in QSR, retail, e-commerce, food delivery, loyalty, CRM, marketplace, or omnichannel business
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics tools, and project trackers
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, mobile app flows, and digital customer journeys is a plus
