Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Drive Product development & Innovation

• Identify market opportunities by gathering customer insights, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence.
• Curate and evaluate new product concepts, feature enhancements, and business opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate market needs into innovative and commercially viable product solutions.

2. Understanding market trends , upgrades and Customer Needs

• Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, workflows, and expectations through market research, feedback, and data analysis.
• Represent the input of the customer in all product decisions.
• Prioritize customer requirements based on business impact, user value, market potential and strategic objectives.

3. Conduct Competitive & Market Analysis

• Continuously monitor competitors, market dynamics, and industry benchmarks.
• Identify product gaps, differentiators, and opportunities to strengthen the product's value proposition.
• Utilize market intelligence to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.

4. Define Product Vision & Strategy

• Establish and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product direction and go-to-market strategy.

5. Build & Execute Product launch Roadmaps

• Define product priorities, release plans, and development schedules.
• Balance customer demands, business objectives, technical constraints, and resource availability.
• Continuously refine roadmap priorities based on market feedback and organizational needs.

6. Align Cross-Functional Stakeholders

• Establish a shared understanding of product goals, priorities, and success metrics.
• Drive informed decision-making through transparent communication and stakeholder engagement.

7.Manage Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution

• Coordinate cross-functional activities required for successful product launches.
• Ensure readiness across sales enablement, marketing campaigns, support documentation, training, and operational processes.
• Monitor launch performance and rapidly address any adoption or execution challenges.

8. Measure Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Define and track key product KPIs such as adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product performance and guide future enhancements.

9. Drive Business Outcomes

• Own the product's commercial success by balancing customer value, business growth, and operational feasibility.
• Support revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and customer retention initiatives.
• Ensure products deliver measurable business impact and sustainable competitive advantage.
