Product Manager

About the role

Engineering Support for Product Manager role supporting product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management. You will gather and analyse customer requirements, market trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnerships to identify product and business opportunities. You will translate business and product strategies into clear requirements, user stories, use cases, and prioritized development backlogs, and lead and coordinate product development activities from discovery, planning and design through development, QA, testing and product launch.

Key responsibilities

• Support product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management from client
• Gather and analyse customer requirements, market trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnerships to identify product and business opportunities
• Translate business and product strategies into clear requirements, user stories, use cases, and prioritized development backlogs
• Lead and coordinate product development activities from discovery, planning and design through development, QA, testing and product launch
• Define product requirements, user journeys, workflows and UI/UX concepts aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Develop and maintain project/product timelines, coordinating dependencies and deliverables across engineering, QA, operations, sales and other stakeholders
• Evaluate new product ideas and support business cases, including ROI, build-vs-buy analysis, product positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Prepare product documentation covering business requirements, use cases, functional/technical requirements, product roadmap and implementation plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet product requirements, quality standards and business objectives
• Support system integrations and interoperability with external platforms, partners and relevant regulatory requirements
