Product Manager

Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with a pharmaceutical company in order to find a suitable candidate who will support their business in Serbia. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their team.

The role:

• Build/maintain excellent relationships with relevant stakeholders and appropriately fulfil their requests for information and/or expertise (predominantly in Neurology and Hematology)
• Communicate the benefits of the therapy to target audiences and collaborate with colleagues to achieve commercial goals
• Facilitate timely feedback to the company regarding account business trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape including competitive insights, industry issues and business opportunities and use this knowledge to further business goals
• Ensure target customers are approached with the optimal tools and frequency and provided with best-in-class customer service
• Maintains the customer database up to date to ensure full understanding of customer needs to be able to timely fulfil them
• Maintains excellent on-going knowledge of disease areas, product and competitors.
• Keeps up-to-date with the latest products information and clinical data provided by the company. Presents and discusses this data with healthcare professionals during face-toface meetings and/or group presentations
• Supports the Brand Strategy and identifies new opportunities which will drive business
• Collaborates with different functions in a teamwork spirit to optimize the results in a timely manner and be open to feedback and suggestions in order to increase market expansion
• Develops and enhances the contact network with Leading Specialists and KOLs
• Helps in organizing promotional and educational group meetings, symposia and conferences for KOL's
• Complies with local laws
• Reports Adverse Events and product quality complaints to local QPPV

The successful candidate:

• Experienced Product Manager within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and cross-functional stakeholders
• University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify business opportunities and support brand strategy
• Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance standards and industry regulations
• Fluent English and strong MS Office skills
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and team-focused profile with high level of ownership
