About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team at our Makati City office in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role within our organisation. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and commercialisation of pharmaceutical and medical device products throughout their lifecycle. This position is integral to our business growth and directly impacts our market presence and competitive advantage in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs
• Lead cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial departments to ensure successful product launches
• Manage product portfolios, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and market positioning
• Prepare and present business cases, product proposals, and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor product performance metrics and key performance indicators, analysing data to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with regulatory and clinical teams to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and medical device regulations
• Manage product lifecycle from conception through maturity and eventual discontinuation if applicable
• Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities and expansion possibilities
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, distributors, and regulatory bodies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of product management experience within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance requirements, and healthcare market dynamics in the Philippines and/or Asia-Pacific region
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical or medical device products
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and data interpretation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of healthcare market access, reimbursement, and pricing strategies is desirable
