- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and customer success teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality releases.
- Understand client workflows across industries (FMCG, pharma, retail, etc.) and design solutions that address both operational efficiency and compliance needs.
- Monitor product metrics, analyze user behavior, and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes relevant to artwork and packaging management.
- Champion usability and user experience (UX) by ensuring products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to deliver a clean, consistent, and aesthetically appealing user interface (UI).

- Expertise in stakeholder management, backlog prioritization, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a knack for delivering engaging demos to enterprise clients.
