About Enerzyz:

Enerzyz is an AI-powered, protocol-agnostic energy asset orchestration platform. It sits on top of existing control infrastructure and autonomously runs energy assets across data centres, commercial buildings, and industrial sites.

We're defining a new category between building automation and AI.

About the Role

You'll take part in shaping what Enerzyz becomes going forward. That means translating the needs of facility managers, plant engineers, sustainability leads, and CFOs into a platform that works across every vertical, vendor, and protocol — and saying no to everything that doesn't matter.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for Enerzyz OS, ML services, and customer-facing applications.
• Spend real time with customers on site to understand operations, pain points, and buying decisions.
• Write clear requirements that engineers, controls specialists, and data scientists can build from.
• Prioritise across verticals including data centres, commercial real estate, hospitality, and industrial.
• Define success metrics tied to customer outcomes such as energy savings, uptime, and ease of onboarding.
• Support sales, pilots, and partner integrations with product expertise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management and full-stack software development.
• Enough technical depth to discuss control strategies, data pipelines, and ML trade-offs with engineers.
• Experience selling to or working with enterprise facilities, operations, or engineering teams.
• A track record of shipping B2B products from early stage to scale.
• Clear writing and sharp prioritisation.

Nice to Have:

• Engineering background in electrical, mechanical, or controls.
• Familiarity with BMS, SCADA, data centre operations, or energy M&V.
• Experience with AI or data-driven products.
• Startup experience at Seed to Series B stage.
