You'll join a B2C FinTech that already helps millions of UK consumers understand and improve their financial lives.

The business is now building its next chapter: AI-powered consumer experiences that help people reach the financial goals that actually matter to them.

This is a high-impact, 0-to-1 opportunity where you'll own that work end to end, shaping the strategy and shipping the roadmap in a space where the technology is moving faster than the playbook. It's founder-style ownership, with the reach of a platform that already has millions of users.

This isn't a delivery or ticket-writing role; you'll work from first principles, get close to customers to find the real problems worth solving, and figure out where AI can make a genuine difference, then take it from idea to live product.

What do you need?

• Strong Product Management fundamentals within a B2C environment

• Recent AI/ML Product exposure.

• Real customer discovery experience, defining the problem before proposing the solution

• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action

• The ability to influence engineering, data and business stakeholders
