Alongside our advisory practice, we build and operate KillShill, a fast-growing AI-powered platform bringing transparency to trading influencers and signals. We work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next generation of our products.

Role Summary

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for one or more of Zuvomo's product lines. You'll work closely with developers, design, business, and leadership teams to turn strategy into shipped, measurable outcomes. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate independently, think in systems, and bring structure to ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate business, customer, and market insights into well-scoped product requirements and user stories.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
• Define success metrics for features and initiatives; track performance and drive data-informed decisions.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across leadership, engineering, sales, and operations teams.
• Run and facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review sessions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Champion the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real user needs.
• Mentor junior product team members and contribute to strengthening product processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of owning products from concept to launch.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar).
• Solid understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with developers, design, and business teams.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with evolving priorities.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or advisory/consulting-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Exposure to building products in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
