Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and value realisation of Partner Experience products supporting Common Data Environment (CDE) , construction digitalisation, and information management. You will work at the intersection of business transformation, construction technology, and product delivery—shaping how project, design, construction, and operations stakeholders collaborate through modern digital platforms across the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for CDE and Partner Experience products
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve information flow and collaboration from project delivery to operations
• Drive digitalisation across design management, construction management, document control, collaboration, handover, and operational readiness processes
• Establish product strategies that improve information quality, governance, traceability, and accessibility
• Prioritise enhancements across document management, workflows, integrations, BIM coordination, digital submissions, reporting , and platform capabilities
• Translate user and business needs into a clear, prioritised product backlog , making trade-offs across value, risk, cost, dependencies, and delivery constraints
• Define and track adoption metrics and product success measures , using data and evidence to guide product decisions and iteration
• Collaborate closely with delivery partners and internal teams (e.g., estates, development, operations, engineering) to align outcomes and enable incremental delivery
• Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations , ensuring clear communication and sustained momentum

Screening Requirements / Skills (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of experience in product management and/or related domains such as construction digitalisation, information management, project delivery, or asset management
• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for enterprise digital products or platforms
• Strong understanding of construction delivery processes , BIM-enabled workflows, CDE concepts , and project-to-operations information handover
• Experience improving document control, collaboration, approvals, coordination, digital submissions , or information governance processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multi-party environments (consultants, contractors, operations teams, technical teams, and senior decision-makers)
• Ability to communicate product direction and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice-to-Have / Advantage

• Familiarity with CDE / construction collaboration platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Platform Services, Nemetschek, LeapThought, Bentley, Procore, Oracle Aconex, or similar)
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 concepts and information delivery workflows
• Understanding of enterprise integration concepts (APIs, master data, reporting/analytics, platform ecosystems)
• Familiarity with product delivery tools and methods (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience delivering enterprise transformation, governance, compliance, or public sector digitalisation initiatives
