TSE-listed hospitality tech company providing an integrated digital platform to 10,000+ properties across APAC is looking for a VP of Product.

The Role

• Reporting to the CPO, you will set OKRs and own the roadmap, PM organization and delivery for a variety of products: booking and payment...
• You will lead a team of 5-8, partnering with the existing Lead, and build an AI-native team.
• You will further scale the products from 1 to 10 while build up the AI foundation for product team across APAC area

Your Skills

• 7+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading PM teams in e-commerce, FinTech, marketplaces or transactional platforms with proven revenue impact.
• Deep knowledge of pricing, conversion optimization, payment infrastructure and unit economics.
• Experience with multi-channel distribution and OTA partnerships is preferred, ideally in hospitality, travel-tech or similar.
• Familiarity with AI agent architectures, and the ability to work cross-culturally in APAC.
