Vanderlande is looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of a product area and drive roadmap execution, stakeholder alignment, and product success. You will work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that create value for customers and support our growth ambitions.

Your Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Own and manage a defined product area or product capability.

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap.

• Gather, prioritize, and validate business and customer requirements.

• Define product features and product backlog priorities.

Customer & Market Understanding

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and challenges.

• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.

• Support product positioning and value proposition development.

Product Development

• Partner with software engineers, architects, UX specialists, and business stakeholders.

• Translate requirements into clear and actionable user stories.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and roadmap planning.

• Support testing, validation, and release activities.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Track product KPIs and success metrics.

• Use data and customer feedback to improve product performance.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

• Contribute to product lifecycle management activities.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Solutions Management, or similar roles.

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in software products, automation, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, airports, AI, or data products.

• Familiarity with product discovery techniques.

• Experience with business case development and market analysis.

• Product Owner or Agile certifications.
