Product manager

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on driving the successful delivery of technology-enabled projects across enterprise environments, with an emphasis on coordinating work from requirements through deployment and transition. You will partner closely with technical and functional stakeholders to keep complex initiatives on track, manage risks proactively, and ensure service commitments are met. The position also calls for strong customer collaboration and clear communication to support effective decision-making and strong operational outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans for enterprise technology initiatives.
• Lead the project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and transition.
• Identify and manage risks, including proactive mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, aligning technical and functional resources for seamless execution.
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand operational priorities to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically with technology projects.
• Proven expertise in managing enterprise applications, including implementations and integrations.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of project delivery processes such as data migration and testing.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
