Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own product strategy, roadmap, and feature development across our gaming products.

You will work closely with Game Design, Engineering, UX, Art, and Analytics teams to define priorities, make data-driven decisions, and deliver features that improve player engagement, retention, progression, and monetisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Take ownership of features and initiatives from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Understand player behaviour, engagement, retention, progression, and monetisation.
• Work closely with Game Design, Engineering, UX, Art, and Analytics teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Use data, research, player insights, and analytics to identify opportunities and make product decisions.
• Prioritise features and initiatives based on player needs, business goals, and available resources.
• Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress effectively to stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in gaming or consumer products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of player/user behaviour, engagement, retention, progression, and monetisation.
• Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience taking products or features from 0 to 1 and through launch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data and KPIs to drive decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and take end-to-end ownership.
