Role Description

The Product Manager role at FixMobile is a full-time, on-site position based in Athens. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of spare parts, devices, accessories, and IoT solutions, including market analysis, product selection, pricing, and performance tracking. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory and product margins, coordinating with sales and marketing teams on promotions, and refining the product portfolio to meet customer and market needs. The role will also involve gathering feedback from repair shop partners, aligning product roadmaps with company strategy, and working closely with operations to ensure accurate ERP data and smooth product availability. This position requires frequent cross-functional communication and hands-on involvement in optimizing product offerings for both Greek and European markets.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Softone ERP (Mandatory).
• Experience in managing and optimizing products on online marketplaces such as Skroutz, Shopflix, or BestPrice.
• Experience in product management or category management within electronics, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Strong skills in market analysis, pricing, and performance monitoring, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management, and wholesale or B2B operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and business partners.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to workflow.
• Understanding of mobile devices, spare parts, accessories, or IoT solutions; a technical aptitude in these areas is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in Greek and English; additional European languages are beneficial.
• Prior experience in the Greek or European technology/telecom market and familiarity with repair shop or distribution environments is highly valued.
