Product Manager

We are supporting a global engineering and manufacturing business in the search for a Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy, commercial growth, and lifecycle management across an international market.

The role will focus on process equipment used within the Food & Beverage and related industries, with particular relevance to homogenisers and associated machinery.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps

Analyse market, customer and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities

Manage the product lifecycle, including new product launches and product improvements

Support pricing strategy, margin improvement and commercial decision-making

Develop value propositions and product differentiation

Gather customer insights and translate these into product requirements

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance

Support product training, marketing and customer-facing activities

Identify opportunities to expand products into new applications, markets and regions

Ideal Candidate

Product Management experience within industrial/process equipment

Experience with homogenisers or related Food & Beverage processing machinery highly desirable

Strong commercial, pricing and market analysis skills

Understanding of product lifecycle management and new product development

Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering and Operations

Strong customer and market insight capabilities

Engineering, Business, or related degree preferred

Hybrid working in Madrid.
