Product Manager

Position Objectives:

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and evolution of the GreenSketch platform by identifying customer needs, defining product solutions, and delivering high-impact improvements.

Working closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams, this role drives the product roadmap, ensures successful feature delivery, and uses customer insights and product data to maximise adoption and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on customer needs, commercial value, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of solar installer workflows through customer engagement, user research, and analysis of product usage.
• Translate customer insights and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to introduce AI-powered features that address customer problems and improve workflow efficiency.
• Partner with engineering and relevant AI or data specialists to assess AI use cases, define success criteria, and validate feature performance and reliability.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-quality product solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to adapt product capabilities to different markets and customer requirements.
• Coordinate product testing, release readiness, stakeholder communications, and rollout activities to support successful adoption.
• Define and monitor product success metrics, using customer feedback and performance data to guide ongoing improvements.
• Communicate product priorities, delivery progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.

Experience and Requirements

• 7–8 years of relevant product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering and scaling digital or software products.
• Demonstrated experience developing and launching AI-powered products or features, including defining use cases, translating user needs into requirements, and evaluating outcomes after launch.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and roadmap planning to delivery, adoption, and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of AI product considerations, including data quality, output accuracy, user trust, privacy, and appropriate human oversight.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and AI or data teams, translating technical concepts into clear customer and business value.
• Proven ability to prioritise competing requirements and balance customer impact, business value, and delivery constraints.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using product metrics, customer feedback, and experimentation to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with global teams and supporting products across multiple markets.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, construction technology, or workflow-based software would be advantageous.
