We're looking for a Product Manager who cares more about what users do than what they say. You'll find real problems, test ideas fast, and prove that our products change how people work. Shipping a feature is a step. The goal is for users to come back and use it again, without being asked.

About the Role

You'll partner with our VP of Product and work closely with our product owners, who run the dev teams day to day. Your job is to figure out what's worth building and prove that it works. You'll team up with Engineering, QA, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to take ideas from first spark to proven results.

Our Product team is small, so you'll have real ownership and real visibility. We're also building a product operating system powered by AI skills and agents. You'll use it every day and help improve it.

What You’ll Do

• Own product bets from first idea to proof that users changed their behavior.
• Talk with customers to find ideas, then use real usage data to prove them.
• Write each bet so it can be tested: who will do what, how much, and by when. Set a pass bar and a kill bar before the test starts.
• Run the cheapest test that could prove you wrong, like a fake door button, a clickable prototype, or a small pilot. Most tests take hours or days, not weeks.
• Make a clear call at each gate: go, change, or stop.
• Measure success by repeat use. Pull your own data from tools like PostHog and Pendo.
• Hand our product owners clear, proven bets so dev teams build the right things.
• Tie your work to business results like revenue, retention, and margin.
• Bring field feedback in from Sales and Client Success, and give Marketing what they need to launch.
• Use and help improve the AI skills and agents in our product operating system. Notice when they get something wrong and help fix it.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in software or SaaS.
• A track record of testing ideas before building them, and stopping ideas that didn't work.
• Comfort with product analytics. You can find answers in the data on your own.
• Good judgment about how teams work. You've helped a team find a way of working that fits them, and changed it when it stopped working.
• Clear, simple communication with people at every level, from a dealer to our CEO.
• Ability to influence and work across teams without being anyone's boss.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily work, and curiosity about building with them.
• A self-starter who asks good questions and takes action.

Automotive, F&I, SaaS, or data product experience is a plus.
