Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – International Marketing to lead global product strategy and lifecycle management for our Wound Closure portfolio across international markets. The role will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing product roadmaps, driving commercialization strategies, and supporting successful product launches to accelerate international business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

➢Develop & execute international product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives & growth plans.

➢Lead product lifecycle management activities, including product positioning, portfolio optimization, and commercialization initiatives.

➢Identify market opportunities through customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence.

➢Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Supply Chain teams to support new product development and global launches.

➢Conduct market assessments and benchmarking exercises to evaluate competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

➢Create product roadmaps and recommend innovation priorities based on customer needs and market demand.

➢Develop and manage marketing collateral, product training materials, and sales enablement tools for international markets.

➢Support international distributors and regional sales teams through product training, technical presentations, and marketing initiatives.

➢Monitor product performance, profitability, pricing strategies, and market share across assigned geographies.

➢Analyze business performance data and recommend strategic interventions to improve product adoption and competitiveness.

➢Participate in international conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and distributor engagements.

➢Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

➢Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

➢Master’s Degree in Management / International Business / Marketing preferred.

➢5–10 years of experience in Product Management, International Marketing, or Strategic Marketing within Medical Devices, Healthcare, Surgical Consumables, or Life Sciences industries.

➢Experience in managing international markets and distributor-led business models will be an added advantage.
