Product Manager

BtcTurk, the group behind Turkey’s first cryptocurrency exchange serving over 6 million users, is expanding into the UAE and the wider region through BtcTurk MENA.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to build and own the BtcTurk MENA product end-to-end, from vision and roadmap to user journey and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define and optimize end-to-end user journeys, from onboarding to first trade and retention.
• Shape local product needs, including local payment methods and region-specific features.
• Work with Engineering and Design on requirements, PRDs, user stories and delivery prioritization.
• Own key product KPIs (onboarding conversion, time-to-first-trade, active traders, retention, feature adoption), using data, experiments and user feedback to drive decisions.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk and Information Security to build regulatory requirements into product flows without compromising speed or user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, digital brokerage, payments or crypto.
• Proven track record of taking a web and mobile consumer product from early stage to scalable growth.
• Working knowledge of trading products, order books, wallets and fiat on/off-ramp flows.
• Experience building products in regulated environments, including KYC/AML, consumer protection, suitability and data protection.
• Proven experience optimizing user journeys, conversion and retention with a data-driven, experiment-led approach.
• Strong interest in, and ideally hands-on knowledge of, digital assets and trading products.
• Experience launching or localizing products in the UAE/GCC is a plus.
• Technical background or strong analytics / SQL skills are a plus.
