• A min 3-8 years of solid Order management/ Fulfilment experience having previously worked with
  established omni-channel retail organizations.

• Well-versed in the entire life-cycle of a digital product, from concept, to opportunity assessment,
  to requirement documents and feasibility assessments, prototyping to wireframes and through
  execution, and be comfortable working across teams of engineering, operations, designers and
  business stakeholders.

• Understanding of order management, warehouse and store operations, and last mile concepts.

• Has previous experience of defining and implementing omni channel stories such as ship from
  store, click and collect, click and reserve.

• Platform thinking and understanding of enterprise systems that enable scale and differentiation

• Knowledge of various areas of product from backend systems- OMS, Warehouse management
  system, payment systems, ERP systems, POS systems etc

• Understanding of agile methodologies and ability to structure team to deliver in it

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work on projects with great efficiency
  and attention to detail

• Excellent relationship management skills, analytical skills must be metrics driven.

• Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap.

• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express
  thoughts logically and succinctly.
