• Required Skill sets: . Planning Co-coordinating Customer complaint handling Analytical Communication (oral as well as Written)

1. Market Research for identifying customer need SWOT Analysis, Customer preferences, creating a Model product design to RD.

2. Product screening/ selection (Evaluating station trials, Evaluating strip trials, Evaluating Large scale trials)

3. Market Intelligence (Studying market trends, competing brands- market share, pricing, schemes, Channel analysis, Customer profile/ value analysis/brand switching behavior.

4. Segmentation in Analyzing Product and Market segments.

5. Product positioning for analyzing product fitment and Decision on placing in which market/against which competitors product.

6. Marketing mix in deciding Pricing/packaging/schemes.

7. Communication mix ("Deciding advertisement objectives/channel promo objectives /customer promo objectives", Product promotion, Select the communication media, Design communication campaigns and analyzing the effectiveness of promotion campaigns.

8. Product performance evaluation -Newly Commercialized products (Channel and Customer feedback)

9. Coordinating with other Departments (Work with RD-Communicating product needs/Product performance feedback, Work with Production - Giving Production Plan, Work with PRC - Timely availability and packing , Work with Advertisement-Designing / printing Product literature/packing design, Work with MDMs - Implementation of marketing campaigns/product promotion, Work with RBMs - Budgeting and implementing marketing mix.)

Qualification :

• B.Sc./M.Sc. (Agri.) and MBA, preferably in Agribusiness from reputed institutes like IRMA, IIM A, IIM L agri business management, MANAGE, XIM, SIBM, NIAM, IIPM (Indian Institute of Plantation Management)
• Overall 5-8 year of experience in agri input with at least 2-3 years as a product manager role in Agri-inputs (seed, pesticide, fertilizer).
• Prior at least 2-3 years of Agrochemicals experience is mandatory either as a product manager or in previous sales/marketing roles.
• For candidates from Premier Institutes only, product management experience is not mandatory though they should have significant exposure to marketing or leading strategic projects in marketing.
