Product Manager

For a leading international technology company operating in the fields of industrial automation, electric motors, and drive systems, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical background. We are seeking a professional who will contribute to the development of a product portfolio focused on electric motors, variable frequency drives, and comprehensive drive solutions for industrial customers worldwide.

Location: Moravian-Silesian Region, Olomouc Region, South Moravian Region, or Prague

Position Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the assigned product portfolio and its business performance
• Develop and execute product strategies
• Identify new business and product opportunities
• Collaborate with sales teams, R&D, and other key stakeholders across an international organization
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
• Define priorities for new product development and technical innovations
• Provide technical support to sales teams and consult with customers
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from market introduction to continuous optimization

Requirements:

• Secondary or university degree in a technical field, ideally Electrical Engineering
• Experience with electric motors, electrical drives, frequency converters, or industrial automation
• Knowledge of motor and drive system design and sizing
• Experience in Product Management or a similar role
• Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial thinking
• Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Independent, proactive, and strategic approach
• Professional English communication skills (B2-C1)
