To design market/geographic specific product strategies, interact with contractors and customers so as to understand product needs, complaints and dissatisfactions etc. and address the same.Responsible for achieving sales, market share and profitability target for product
Ensure future performance of products through focus on innovation and long term strategy
Monitor on-going product performance total sales and net contribution
Design on-the-ground market/geography specific product strategies
Interact with contractors and end customers to understand product needs/product perception/ dissatisfactions across markets
Conceptualise new products/variants; work with RD to develop products
Undertake and monitor detailed product testing
Organize product launches
Work on packaging, PoPs, advertising and other selling aides development
Interacting with contractors and end consumer panels to track market trends/ unmet needs
Track customer complaints
