Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Scale lending products and improve user experience.
• Build solutions across lead generation, underwriting, and disbursement.
• Improve customer journeys, agent tools, and operational efficiency.
• Use data and dashboards to drive product decisions.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Product Management experience.
• Strong first-principles thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Business-focused mindset and product ownership.
• Passion for building intuitive products.
• Familiarity with technology and technical teams.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Interest in AI and its applications in product development.
• Strong execution skills and entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
