Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the Healthcare/Hospital/Diagnostics domain to drive product strategy, market adoption, and sales enablement initiatives. The role will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle while ensuring that sales teams, channel partners, and key stakeholders are thoroughly trained and equipped to position the product effectively in the market.

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of product management expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver impactful sales training programs.

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Gather and translate customer, clinician, hospital, and market requirements into product enhancements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, sales, and marketing teams for successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Develop and deliver product training programs for sales teams, account managers, and channel partners.
• Create product presentations, training manuals, playbooks, FAQs, and competitive positioning documents.
• Conduct onboarding and periodic refresher training sessions.
• Enable sales teams to confidently communicate product value propositions and handle customer objections.
• Support sales teams during client presentations, demonstrations, and strategic pitches.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product-related discussions.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Gather insights from customers, hospitals, laboratories, clinicians, and healthcare administrators to improve product offerings.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or MBA preferred.
• 4-9 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Product Training.
• Prior experience from IVF/Diagnostics/Pharmaceutical Industry
