Product Manager

The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to define product priorities, translate requirements into actionable plans, and drive initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and evaluate opportunities for new products, services, and business verticals through market research and customer discovery.

* Define product vision, objectives, roadmaps, priorities, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.

* Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and opportunity validation to support strategic product decisions.

* Gather and translate customer needs and business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

* Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business teams to plan and execute product initiatives.

* Manage product development activities from concept and validation through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

* Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, feasibility, and available resources.

* Coordinate product launches, ensuring alignment across relevant stakeholders and teams.

* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product adoption, performance, and business outcomes.

* Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to identify product gaps and recommend improvements.

* Communicate product plans, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

* Maintain product documentation and ensure teams have a shared understanding of priorities and requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, or a related field.

* 2–3 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, business analysis, or a related role.

* Strong understanding of product discovery, requirement gathering, prioritization, and product lifecycle management.

* Excellent analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

* Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

* A results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
