This role is responsible for developing and managing innovative brokerage offerings that meet the needs of our clients and align with our strategic goals. It will involve overseeing the entire product, proposition and pricing from concept to launch, and ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy Vision:

1. Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our Online broking services.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in digital broking space.
3. Build and execute strategies for effective customer acquisition and engagement.
4. Promote DIY approach for share trading and service from the customers.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, design, and marketing to develop and launch new products and features.
6. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through engagement with stakeholders and analysis of market trends.
7. Oversee the product development process, from concept through to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Act as the primary liaison between the product team and other departments, including sales, operations, and customer support.
2. Communicate product updates and changes effectively to internal and external audiences.
3. Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings.

Performance Monitoring Optimization:

Analyse product performance metrics like Customer Acquisition, activation and ARPU and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Implement strategies to optimize product performance and user experience.

Prepare and present regular product performance reports and updates to senior management.

Regulatory Compliance:

1. Ensure that products and features comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
2. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues related to product offerings.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience: 10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the broking or financial services industry. Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle and delivering successful products.

3. Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
