Product Manager

We are looking for experienced Senior and Principal Product Managers with expertise in HR, Finance, ERP or DMS. We are seeking highly data-driven professionals with strong product discovery skills and proven Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience.

Your Role

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap across Finance, ERP, HR and/or DMS product portfolios.
• Lead the consolidation and modernization of existing products, driving their transformation from on-premise solutions to scalable cloud platforms.
• Embed Product-Led Growth principles throughout the product lifecycle, driving measurable improvements in activation, adoption, monetization and retention.
• Drive the development and productization of AI-native capabilities and agentic workflows focused on delivering measurable customer and business value.
• Leverage customer insights, product analytics and experimentation to support data-driven product decisions.
• Lead and develop Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring alignment between product strategy and execution.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Revenue, Operations and C-level stakeholders to translate business and customer needs into clear product priorities.
• Support complex portfolio initiatives, including platform strategies, cloud transformations and post-merger integrations.

Your Profile

• Strong SaaS Product Management experience, ideally within Finance & Accounting, ERP, HR or DMS environments.
• Solid domain knowledge in areas such as accounting, procurement, invoicing, payments or expense management.
• Proven Product-Led Growth experience within SaaS environments, with measurable results.
• Strong product discovery, customer research and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ideally, experience developing and scaling AI-powered or AI-native products, including agentic workflows and intelligent automation.
• Experience leading Product Management teams and managing complex product portfolios.
• Experience with platform strategies, cloud transformations and product modernization.
• Experience with post-merger product integration is highly valued.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with C-level executives and investors.
• Business-fluent English.
• For Finance & Accounting profiles, knowledge of the DACH market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) is highly valued.
