Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories, prioritize features, and drive product development.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
- Analyze data to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of BRD (Business Requirement Document) creation and maintenance.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
