iPify removes the administrative burden from intellectual property (IP) professionals so they can focus on high-value, strategic work where human expertise is irreplaceable. Our in-house platform is the central system through which clients order and monitor services, our teams manage and deliver them, and our network of foreign agents collaborates to get the work done. The opportunity

We built iPify with a small, senior team. As the business grows, the surface area of what matters is growing with it, and we are looking to add a first PM at our operational headquarters in Brussels to work alongside the VP Product based in Lyon.

The role covers the full breadth of product evolution: customer requests, operational improvements, internal tooling and improvements of our workflows with suppliers. Some work will originate from customers using our services daily. Some will come from internal stakeholders and business owners across the organisation. The scope is broad, the organisation is still taking shape, and the right solution might mean working with engineers, redesigning a process with business teams, or building something yourself.

We are also bringing AI into how the whole company works, and this role helps drive it. Good AI tooling starts with a deep understanding of the work it supports. You will spend real time alongside our teams, see how the work actually happens, and build genuine expertise in it. Our teams know their work best; together, you turn that knowledge into tools that give them more leverage - from AI-assisted workflows to internal MCP servers that connect our systems and data - and make the right choices about where AI creates value and where it does not.

What you will work on

iPify's existing products and platform - EP validations, translations, renewals - and the internal systems and workflows that support them.

Our services protect legal rights worth millions. A missed deadline or a processing error can have irreversible consequences for our clients. Quality, precision, and reliability are not aspirations here - they are the baseline, and they shape every decision you make.

Who thrives in this role

You have strong empathy for the people affected by your decisions - operators, customers, engineers - and you can anticipate what will work and what will not.

You are comfortable with multiple stakeholder groups. You know how to listen to operations, customer success, and engineering without becoming captive to any single perspective.

You have a good grasp of technology. You understand APIs, data models, and how data transforms as it moves through complex multi-stage processes. You can discuss system design with engineers, reason about data accuracy and integrity, and get your hands dirty when needed - whether that means scripting an analysis, or prototyping a tool.

We expect qualified candidates to have around 4 to 6 years of experience in product, engineering, business analysis, or a similar role. Our working language is English.

You will not need prior IP knowledge. The domain is learnable and fascinating once you are inside it.
