📢 We're Hiring | Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – Pharma Marketing

🌍 Market: Anglo Africa

💼 Experience: 5–6 years

💰 CTC: Up to ₹22 LPA

We are looking for experienced pharmaceutical marketing professionals with expertise in any one of the following therapeutic segments:

🔹 Orthopaedics (Ortho)

🔹 Gynaecology (Gynae)

🔹 Paediatrics (Pedia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop brand positioning and marketing communication strategies.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive brand growth and market share.
• Develop innovative product education initiatives for field sales teams.
• Analyse secondary sales, competitor activities and market trends using IMS/IQVIA data.
• Prepare and execute annual marketing plans in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical product marketing / brand management.
• Relevant experience in at least one of the specified therapeutic segments.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, promotional planning and sales analysis.
• International or export-market exposure would be an advantage.
